Refunds & Faulty Items

All sales at Rally Co are final. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@rallyco.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds for faulty or incorrect items are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
