How long does delivery take?

Most Australian orders arrive within 3–5 business days. We ship from stock held within Australia so there are no long international waits.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $75 Australia-wide. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $9.95.

Do you ship to New Zealand?

Yes. Flat rate of $19.95 to New Zealand. Delivery takes 5–10 business days.

How does the ball picker actually work?

You push the basket down over a ball — the spring-loaded bars flex open, the ball enters the basket, then the bars close behind it. You simply walk along the court pushing down and it collects balls automatically. No bending required.

How many balls does it hold?

Up to 72 tennis, pickleball or padel balls.

Does it work on all court surfaces?

Yes — it works on hard courts, clay, artificial grass and indoor courts. The wheels are rubber and roll easily on all surfaces.

Is it easy to assemble?

Yes. It arrives flat-packed and takes around 10–15 minutes to assemble. All tools and instructions are included in the box.

What is the weight when empty?

Approximately 2.5kg. When full (72 balls) the total weight is around 5–6kg depending on ball type.

Does it work with pickleball and padel balls?

Yes. Despite the name, this product works with tennis, pickleball and padel balls — all three are similar in size and the basket mechanism handles all of them.

What is your returns policy?

We assess returns on a case-by-case basis. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at hello@rallyco.com.au within 14 days and we will make it right. We offer a 12-month warranty on all structural components.
