Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location in Australia.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 have a flat shipping rate.

Do you ship outside Australia?
Not at this stage. We currently ship Australia-wide only.

Orders & Returns

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, get in touch and we'll do our best to help. Once it's on its way, we're unable to make changes.

What's your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us to start a return.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Sorry to hear that. Take a photo and reach out to us at our contact page and we'll sort it out straight away.

Our gear is designed for tennis, pickleball, and padel. Most products work across all three court sports.

Are your ball hoppers and trainers suitable for both adults and juniors?
Yes. Our equipment is built for all skill levels — from junior development programs through to adult club sessions and professional coaching.
