Delivery & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days across Australia. We dispatch from our Australian warehouse so there are no international wait times.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $75 Australia-wide. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $9.95.

Do you ship to New Zealand?

Yes. International shipping to New Zealand is a flat rate of $19.95. Delivery takes 5–10 business days.

Do you ship to other countries?

Not yet, but we're working on it. Sign up to our email list to be notified when we expand internationally.

Orders & Tracking

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel directly with Australia Post or the relevant courier.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us at hello@rallyco.com.au as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before dispatch.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at hello@rallyco.com.au with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

We assess returns on a case-by-case basis. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@rallyco.com.au and we'll work with you to find the best resolution.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been used outdoors or show signs of wear. All items must be in original, unused condition with packaging intact.
